THANK YOU!

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in my research study on personal resiliency and well-being. The study ended on February 28, 2021 and garnered 337 responses. I am thrilled to report we had participants from every continent except Antarctica, and included males, females, and other gender-identified individuals who were as young as 18 and as old as 99+ years. Also, I just had a positive research meeting with the statistical analysis experts at the Burkardt Consulting Center at Northern Kentucky University who are currently crunching the numbers for the study.

Being vulnerable and experiencing adversity are not experiences we should always avoid.

We need to re-think how we view these concepts. Just as trees need strong windstorms to make them grow taller and stronger, we need difficult challenges in our life to further develop our self-esteem, grit, and personal resiliency.
